In this draping project, it was a zero waste fashion where we had to design on a rectangular shaped size fabric and use all of the materials. No waste are found. So i drapped many different designs and here are my best designs. I loved how it actively challenge us into trying to reduce as little waste but also to teach us a importance in using lesser materials.

This draping was one of my favourites! i love gathering up my fabrics as i like how it gives the unique shapes when the garments are all scrunched up. Knowing this, i decided to do this draping design where many of the elements comes from gatherings. There were many panels where i had to cut them and fitting onto the manequine was a little difficult as i needed the right measurement in order for it all to be a perfect fit. It is a two piece where there is a big whole in a middle. Users are able to wear this piece is however way they want and style with.
